Cyclops Strategy Guide and Item Build

From the last updated patch 1.1.68 comes several upgrades on the Mobile Legends game as well as the newest hero of the game: Cyclops.

Most would say that first time they saw this newest hero, it reminds them of the minions, but hey, don’t get deceived by his looks, he may seem small but with the right build and strategy, this hero can cause massive destruction with his mage skills.

Cylops Strategy.

Cyclops obviously is a Magic type hero, for the build go typical high burst mage, the combo should be: Ult + 2nd + 1st + basic attack, with this you can kill any ADC using 2 combos, you can kill heaps of enemies using this combo. You can use him to chase down heroes by using his B skills and Ult.

Though it’s still a debate whether to go full CDR or Glass Cannon for this hero. If you opt to go full CDR, you can have endless streams of spells but very vulnerable and dies easily. Cyclops is a passive Hero, and we’d suggest you get items to boost his skills.

This hero has amazing burst and lane harass, so don’t forget to buy bursty items instead of buying items like Magic shoes. Since he’s typically mana dependent, buy 2x necklace to boost his mana so you won’t struggle with mana while in the game.

Cyclops Item Build.

Frost – 75 Magic Power / +15 Mana Regen / +7% Movement Speed / Freeze : Skills that damage an enemy hero will carry a 10% slow down effect. This effect lasts 3 seconds and can stack up to 2 times.

Arcane boots – +40 Movement speed / 15% Magic penetration. A basic item for burst mage. This improves your damage output through magic penetration.

Guardian Relic – +90 Magic power / 25% magic power / Exterminate : After a skill hits a target, a magic attack will immediately increase 15%. The next skill damage will terminate this effect. This effect can last up to 3 seconds with a built-in cooldown time of 10 seconds.

Astral Wand – +65 Magic Power / 40% Magic Penetration / Starlight : When Hp is over 70%, the unique attribute for this equipment will increase 30% This is all about damage.

Blood Wings – +150 Magic Power / Covenant: Adds 2 Hp for every 1 magic power added. Good for late game that gives decent amount of magic power.

Immortality – +800 Hp / +40 magic resistance / Rebirth : resurrect in 2 seconds after dying and get 15% HP and a shield that can absorb damage equal to 40% max HP. Shield last for 3 seconds. 180 seconds cooldown. If you can’t still burst down your target you can buy additional offensive item. A good late game item.

Cyclops was originally available for 32k BP but is now discounted down to 15k BP, there is a disclaimer that the discount may not be permanent.

There are other good builds for Cyclops, but you must give this one a try. You will be surprised at what you can do with him on your side.

Alpha New Skin, the Onimusha Commander Soon?

Alpha users will be happy in the next update, I'm sure, this is what they want a new Alpha skin. (Smile Emoticon) It's been a long time when he was introduced in patch 1.1.50.

Finally, the new skin for Alpha will arrive soon. The name of this skin is "Onimusha Commander".

According to BluePanda, the new skin has a new cool skill effect, and probably this will be really expensive, it will be around 740 diamonds/dias (not yet official price).

Mobile Legends Patch Notes v1.1.68, (New Hero, Events, and Balance Adjustments)

Patch Notes version 1.1.68 introduces new hero named, Cyclops for 15000 battle points only, this update also fixed some bugs that were seen on version 1.1.66.

According to Skadoosh! (MLBB Reddit member), he got this patch from one of the comments in a youtube video of JDale. He says that it's legit and got it from them directly.

Full Patch Notes 1.1.68: Summary

I. New Hero – Starsoul Magician
Cyclops - Price: 15,000 Battle Points; 399 diamonds, 30% off in the first week

II. Weekly Free Hero Rotation and New Skins
8 free rotation heroes of this week: server time 05:00:00 24/03/2017 ~ 05:00:00 31/03/2017 (Check server time in system settings page) Saber, Alice, Karina, Clint, Fanny, Hayabusa, Kagura, Sun 6 extra free heroes for Starlight Member: Bruno, Rafaela, Minotaur, Natalia, Yi Sun-shin, and Johnson.

III. New Feature & Events
1. The models of hero Tigreal and his skin Dark Knight have been remade with brand new demonstration actions and visual effects. New Tigreal and his skin now are on sale in the shop as a gift pack. Original price is 698 diamonds now it only costs 489 diamonds.

Players can set up their genders now.
a. Tap the avatar, then set up the gender in the ‘Basic Info’ section
b. There are 3 options: Male, Female, Unknown (default). After you set up the gender, it will show in the chat. If you choose ‘Unknown’, then it won’t show.
c. There’s a one-month cooldown before you can change the gender again.

New sharing feature for the squad system:
Now players can share their squad info to Facebook, VK and Twitter.

New lineup tips feature for the Ranked Game.
After selecting the hero, players can post their heroes’ number of matches played and win rate in the chat.

Arena Contest gameplay upgraded:
The gameplay now is the Draft Pick mode (Ban&Pick) in order to improve contests’ fairness and competitiveness. Spectators temporarily cannot watch the process of ban/pick.

Cyclops giftpack (hero Cyclops and skin – Exorcist) now is on sale with a price of 468 diamonds (original price: 668 diamonds).

New limited-time tasks:
3 tasks will refresh every 3 days. Players can complete the 3 tasks within the limited 3 days to win prizes.

IV. Hero Balance Adjustment
Attack speed growth of all marksman heroes has been reduced by 0.5%.
【Johnson】Recommended gear sets have been adjusted.
【Moskov】Recommended gear sets have been adjusted.
【Saber】Charge: mana cost has been adjusted.
【Akai】 Meat Tank: cooldown has been increased; mana cost has been increased. Guardian: mana cost has been increased; basic damage has reduced. Thousand Pounder: mana cost has been increased; total AD bonus has been decreased; basic damage has been adjusted.
【Bruno】World Wave: armor reduction effect has been decreased.
【Bane】Shark Bite: additional damage provided has been adjusted.
【Yun Zhao】Supreme Warrior: skill description has been adjusted and becomes immune to slowing down effect. Use to free the hero when the hero is trapped.
【Franco】initial movement speed has been increased. Iron Hook: cooldown has been reduced. Fury Shock: cooldown has been reduced.
【Sun】Clone Techniques: HP of 2 doppelgangers summoned has been increased.
【Miya】【Eudora】【Balmond】Skill visual effects have been optimized. The animation performance of heroes’ attack speed have been optimized to match the actual effect better.

Now players can only equip 1 jungle item at the same time.

Battle Spell
【Purify】It’s no longer able to reset the stacking damage layers on the hero.

Battleground
Defense of the minions that are strengthened by the Lord has been increased. The attack growth of cannons has been increased.

Newly-added voice prompts for killed allies and enemies Allies die: An ally has been slain. Enemies die: An enemy has been slain.

AI’s performance when network lags has been improved: it’s smoother when chasing enemy heroes.
Battleground quick response: ‘Rally and push’ and ‘Prepare for the team fight’ have been removed. ‘Hang on and we will win’ and ‘Enemy missing in action’ have been added.

Mini map optimization:
a. Now players can zoom in to the map by tapping the exclamation mark button beneath the mini map.
b. There are different types of tap points on the enlarged map: buildings, jungle monsters, enemy heroes.
Tap allied turrets or base to remind your team to defense. Tap enemy outer turrets to send attack order. Tap the Lord or Turtle to tell your team to attack. Tap enemy heroes’ avatars on the map to mark them.
c. Tap the blank area on the screen to close the enlarged map.
It no longer shows the turrets and bases with particle visual effect when the graphics is set up as low.
Bug Repair

Brawl Mode:
The bug that character can buy gear automatically when taken over by AI has been repaired.

The bug that the gift combo still shows up even when the player doesn’t have enough diamonds has been fixed.

The bug that messages exceeding length limit still can be sent when spectating Arena Contest has been fixed.

The bug that hero will receive extra damage from Akai’s ultimate skill when using ‘Purify’ has been repaired.

The bug has been fixed that When Gord uses his Ult in the bush, the stealth mode won’t cancel if the skill doesn’t hit.

The bug that Alpha’s drone can be seen in the bush has been fixed.

How To Make New Account in Mobile Legends on One Device

Have you ever wanted to create a new account in Mobile Legends without losing the progress in your other account? It would be fast and easy as you go through this tutorial!

Creating a new account

1. You need to bind your old Mobile Legends account to your Facebook, Google Play or VK account. This will secure that the progress in your old Mobile Legends account won’t get lost. Close the game after doing so.

2. After closing the game, you need to go to your phone’s settings, then to the “apps”.

3. Look for the “Google Play Games”. Upon opening this tab, you will be redirected to the app’s info. Find the “Clear data” tab and click it.

4. Press back and look for “Google Play Service” tab. Tap the “Manage space” then “Clear data”

5. Press back and look for “Google Play Store” tab. Press the clear data.

6. Press back and look for Google Services Framework” tab and clear data again.

7. Press back and look for the “Mobile Legends” app. Click the “Clear data”.

8. After clearing all the data, you need to open your Mobile Legends app and update your game.

9. Finally, you will be prompted by a message to create a new account. Choose your region and name.

Afterward, you will be guided by the game’s tutorial session.

Reminder: Make sure to bind your old Mobile Legend account to secure its progress.

Mobile Legends is just another addicting game free to be played by anyone and creating another account is made possible using this simple trick.

Mobile Legends New Hero, Cyclops Revealed

Mobile Legends has announced the 33rd hero, named Cyclops. A new trailer, which you can watch below, reveals her appearance.

Cyclops is expected to be available in the game’s play test server or advanced server after the live update and will be available for everyone else soon.

Cyclops origin, Excerpt from Mobile legends:
Cyclops is a giant with only one eye, yes, at least he is in his own homeland. Cyclops were obsessed with stars and skies when he was little.

He watched all days and nights and discovered the truth that planets were moving all the time. As regard this kind of movements, it contains unbelievable magic power.

With an hourglass to load and control this magic power, he became the famous 'Star Magician' on his homeland. Planetary movements will never stop, hence his strength is extremely powerful and invincible, which, however, made him feel lonely.

One day, Cyclops arrived at the Land of Dawn during his space travel and he found out in surprise that there were so many strong opponents waiting him to defeat. 'I come, I see, I conquer!' Said CycloIps.

Cyclops skills:

Starsoul Wave: Gathers the power of the stars and launches two shock waves of star dust, each of which damages X points of magical damage to the enemy.

Starsoul pursuit: Cyclops uses the power of stars to generate a sphere illuminated by stars that revolves around them and improves movement speed greatly over a short period of time. The sphere will attack nearby enemies (enemy heroes first) automatically, causing damage to enemies (damage done to the same target will decrease).

Starsoul Chain: Cyclops manages the power of the stars to the maximum and creates a magic sphere full of planetary power to track enemies by causing them X sts of magic damage. Depending on the flying distance of the sphere, it will trap the enemy for X s.

Passive: The reuse time for all skills is reduced by X seconds when your skills hit enemies
